The reception Front Desk operates daily from 07.00 until 23.00 (Internal line operates 24 Hours)

For late check out (upon availability):
-Until 18.00 the charge is 50% of the daily accommodation
-After 18.00 the charge will be full.

Guest services & facilities
If you have any query, press the reception highlighted button at your in-room telephone basis and a team member will be there to help you immediately. The use of services and facilities reserved exclusively for our hotel guests and are not open to the public, with the aim of ensuring the security, privacy and comfort of our guests.

ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES & SERVICES
This hotel has been designed taking into consideration the special needs of physically challenged guests. Public areas and ground floor rooms are easily accessible with a wheelchair. For more information, please contact the Front Desk.
ADAPTOR
The voltage used is 220 volts. Should you require a socket adaptor, please contact the Front Desk.
AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING
An independent air conditioning unit is available in each room. Doors and windows must be closed in order for it to work. Set the preferable mode and temperature with the remote control provided in your room.

A Continental Buffet Breakfast is provided daily in our dedicated breakfast area, located in the reception building between 07:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
BUSINESS SERVICES
The hotel residents can use the Web Corner located in the reception building for printings and internet.

CHILDREN
Children under 18 years must always accompanied by a parent in the room that they are accommodated.

Please contact the Front Desk if you need a baby crib or a high chair.
COVERS
Depending on the time of the season piquet blankets or micro fiber duvets are provided in the rooms.
CHECK-OUT
The check-out time is until 12:00 a.m.. If you wish to check-out later in the day, please contact the Front Desk to inquire about extended check-out time (upon availability). A surcharge may apply should you need to extend your check-out time.
You can also take advantage of our fast check-out service. Provide us with your e-mail and at the time of your departure, simply return your key and your invoice will then be sent to you.

DAMAGES
The hotel holds guests responsible for damages that occur due to negligence or misuse. Please inform the Front Desk. Depending on the value of the damage, the hotel is entitled to request compensation.
DOCTOR
A doctor is available on call. Please contact the Front Desk to arrange this paying service.

An electric car charging station can be found in the hotel parking area.

HAIR DRYER
A hair dryer is available in your room
HOUSEKEEPING
-Rooms are cleaned every second day.
-Linens and towels are changed every second day too.
-Housekeeper will knock on your door to alert you before entering.
-Towels are meant for drying your body and should not be used as beach/pool towels, bathmat, cleaning rag or make-up remover.
-A 5€ charge will be applied for towels, pillows, pillowcases or bed sheets soiled with food, beverages or other permanent stains reported by our Housekeeping Department.
-You are not allowed to sleep on a bare mattress or mattress protector.
-Furniture should not be removed from the room.

We offer complimentary wireless Internet services. Experience the convenience of your office in your room or any place throughout the hotel.

In case you notice any damage in your hotel room’s equipment please report it to Reception for it to be repaired. We ask for your understanding in case of delaying due to technical reasons.

Pets are not allowed in the rooms nor in the hotel grounds.

Two different hypoallergic pillow options are available in your room.

RADIO
Local radio stations are available through the television set. Please use the remote control to access radio channels.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES
An in-room safe is provided in your room for your convenience. Please follow the instructions posted on the top of your safe deposit box. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in your room.
SECURITY
Hotel security is provided 24 hours a day by a closed-circuit system covering entrances and hotel grounds. For your own safety and protection, please remember to keep your door locked when in your room, and to identify any visitor before admitting them.
SMOKING / VAPING
In compliance with the Greek law and for the comfort and safety of our guests, a “Non-Smoking” policy is applied in all rooms. Non-compliance to this rule will result to a penalty fee to each offending guest to cover professional cleaning of the area, according to current corresponding Greek Law. Failure to follow the law will result to a 50€ penalty. Setting off the fire alarm because of indoor smoking will result in a 100€ penalty for each offending person.

To ensure the healthy and safe operation of our swimming pool in compliance with the orders of the Greek Organization of Tourism please follow the written below.
Operating hours: 10:00-18:00
- No Life Guard on Duty – Swim at your own risk
- – Please behave responsibly at all times
– Please respect the quiet hours - Children under 18 years old must be supervised by an Adult at all Times
- – Children should always wear a swim suit
– Babies and children under 3 years old are required to wear a swim diaper - Please shower before using the pool
- No sun cream / oils permitted when using the pool
- No Diving
- – No running or rough play
– No ball games allowed
– Strictly No Swimming at night
– No Swimming under the influence of alcohol - Only Food and Drinks Brought from the Pool Bar to be Consumed here
- Please use the restrooms before entering the pool
- Room towels should not be used as pool/beach towels

Emergency & Security
A First Aid kit is available at the Reception Desk. For any medical emergencies and health issues, we can provide information about on duty pharmacies and medical centers in the neighboring area or arrange a doctor on call, if necessary.
For your own safety, do not lean over the balcony/corridor railings.
In cases of emergency, you are advised to use the corridors and the staircase and in order to evacuate the building. Keep the corridors always clear in case of evacuation. The staircase and Common Areas are under live feed video surveillance for your own protection and safety. We kindly request that you do not feed any animals within the hotel rooms/grounds.

SECURITY SERVICES
- Safe deposit boxes are available in all guest rooms.
- A fire emergency system and smoke detectors are installed in the hotel.
UPON ARRIVAL IN YOUR ROOM
- Check that your luggage has been delivered and inform the Front Desk of anything missing.
- The map behind your door indicates the location of the fire exits, alarms, extinguishers, hydrants and emergency phones on your floor. Please familiarize yourself with the location of all safety equipment.
WHEN IN YOUR ROOM
- We recommend that you use the safe deposit box available in your room for any valuables. For your own security, do not share your code with anybody.
- If someone knocks on your door remember to look through the peephole behind your door to identify the person before you open it.
- When you do not wish to be disturbed simply place the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside, on the door knob.
WHEN YOU LEAVE YOUR ROOM
- Ensure all electronic equipment is switched off and unplugged.
- Ensure your main door is securely closed.
- Do not entrust your room key card to anyone.
IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY
- Keep calm and don’t panic.
- In a fire emergency, take the nearest evacuation route, assisted by the hotel staff and fire authorities. Break the glass of the nearest alarm point. Be alert for public address announcements and the fire brigade’s instructions.
- Do not stop to collect your personal belongings.
- In the event of a major earthquake, protect your head from falling debris and stand underneath a strong structure like a structural beam or wall. Walk calmly down to the evacuation site outside the building once the tremors stop, as aftershocks are likely to occur.
- Do not re-enter the building unless authorized to do so by the hotel personnel.
- Meet up at the appropriately marked emergency assembly point located in the parking area and more specifically at the electric vehicle charging station.
